We currently ship to most countries around the world. Shipping availability may vary depending on local carrier services and regional restrictions. If we are unable to fulfill an order to your destination, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
Preparing Your Order
After your order has been placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours, provided payment has been successfully received and verified.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak shopping periods, promotional events, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

The following transit times are estimates and apply only after your order has been dispatched.

Economy Shipping

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address, package details, and the shipping option selected. The total shipping cost will be displayed before your order is finalized.
Customs & Import Fees
For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges required by your country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Customs clearance procedures vary by country and may result in additional delivery delays that are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to display the latest shipment updates.

Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation issues, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for delays once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an invalid or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Shipments
Once an order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier to complete delivery. If your tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
We will gladly assist with reasonable inquiries or carrier investigations where possible; however, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages reported as delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and its packaging so we can review your request promptly.
