Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.
To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Approved returns must be sent to the following address: 4733 Haskell Avenue Apt 48, Encino, California 91436, US.
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products, personal care or beauty items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order without providing a reason, provided the item meets our return condition requirements.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us for assistance.
